Who we are

BeFinFluent ("we", "us") operates https://befinfluent.co.uk. You can contact us at hello@befinfluent.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you make a purchase or claim a free copy, so we can send your download.
• Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• The text of any question you submit through the "got a follow-up question?" prompt on an article — this is anonymous, no email address attached, used only to decide what to write about next.
• Your email address, if you sign up to the newsletter, so we can send you new articles and tools. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we don't use this list for anything else.
• Basic, anonymised website analytics (if enabled).

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — order records and secure file storage.
• Resend — sending your download email and, if you sign up, the newsletter.

We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@befinfluent.co.uk.
