Digital products and your cooling-off right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase for a full refund. For digital content delivered immediately by download, that right ends as soon as the download starts — provided you've been told this in advance and agreed to it. By completing checkout for instant delivery, you're confirming you understand this and want the download straight away, which is why we don't ask you to tick a separate box for it at checkout.

Changed your mind before downloading

If you haven't downloaded the file yet, email hello@befinfluent.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

If something's actually wrong

If a file is corrupted, doesn't open, or isn't what was described, contact hello@befinfluent.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you — no argument. This applies regardless of whether you've already downloaded the file, since it's about the product not matching what you were promised, not a change of mind.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, and usually show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free downloads

If you claimed a product through the free giveaway rather than paying for it, there's nothing to refund — if something's wrong with the file, contact us and we'll sort it out the same way.
