Digital products and your cooling-off right

Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately by download, that right ends as soon as the download begins — provided you've been told this in advance and confirm you're happy to waive the waiting period, which by completing checkout for instant delivery, you do.

If something's actually wrong

If a file is corrupted, doesn't open, or isn't what was described, contact hello@befinfluent.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you — no argument.

Changed your mind

If you haven't downloaded the file yet, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
