Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you buy something from BeFinFluent or use https://befinfluent.co.uk. By completing a purchase, you're agreeing to them.

What you're buying

BeFinFluent sells digital spreadsheet templates — currently the Budgeting Spreadsheet, the Balance Sheet Tool, and the Complete Money Toolkit — delivered by email as downloadable files immediately after payment. They're licensed for your own personal, non-commercial use only: you may not resell, redistribute, or share them publicly, including posting them anywhere others could download them for free.

Not financial advice

Content on BeFinFluent, including articles and the product templates themselves, is provided for general education only and does not constitute regulated financial advice. We are not an authorised financial adviser. Speak to a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions — nothing here accounts for your individual circumstances.

Payment and pricing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed.

Delivery

Products are delivered by email, usually within a few minutes of payment. The download link expires after 7 days — if it's gone stale, just reply to the email and we'll send a fresh one. If nothing arrives, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Refunds

Liability

We provide the site and its content "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the templates (for example, decisions you make based on how you've used a spreadsheet). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded under UK law. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Who can buy

You need to be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top when we do; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
